REEDS FURNITURE ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Reeds furniture provides a one year warranty on furniture purchases to the original purchaser. This warranty guarantees the product is free from material defects and workmanship. This warradoes nty not cover damages due to excess use or abuse. Customer abuse and excessive soiling of items will void Reeds, as well as manufacturer, warranties. Reeds warranties products held by the original purchaser that have been used for residential, not commercial, purposes.

If you have had your furniture delivered, Reeds will service your furniture in your home for the one year warranty period. This means Reeds will send a furniture technician to your home for an inspection of the problem and at this point will attempt to service your furniture. If he cannot repair your furniture on the first visit, he will report back to our service manager at our Agoura location advising her of what needs to be done to resolve your issue. She many need to order a part, and if so, she and our in house technician will return to your home to install the part. If we are not able to service your furniture in your home, we may have to pick up your furniture for repair or exchange which we will do at no charge to you. Your original delivery entitles you to our no hassle in home service for one year after delivery of your furniture.

If you have picked up your furniture from one of our locations, your service originates from our Agoura location. We ask you return the furniture to our Agoura location for service where our in house technician will service your furniture in store, if applicable. In cases where we are not able to complete the service in our store and the item needs to be returned to the manufacturer, we will return it to the vendor and then you can pick it up at the Agoura location when complete. If you would like us to pick up your item for service as you don't want to hassle with the delivery and pick up of the item, the delivery and pick up fee is $199.
