A Message to Our Guests

At Reeds our purpose is to furnish happiness. In this spirit, the safety of our team members and guests is our highest priority. This New Year we have a renewed focus on safety. We are limiting the capacity in our stores to reflect a safer shopping experience and have heightened COVID-19 safety measures in place to keep you safe. Our management team is keeping up to date on guidance from the CDC and we are continuing to follow all guidelines provided by state and local authorities.

Upon entry into our stores, our COVID-19 safety station protects our guests and team members with enhanced safety screening. To enter the building you must pass a safety screening and temperature check. For the protection of our guests and team members, we are requiring PPE, and are mandating that any person who enters Reeds wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. Hand sanitizer and/or gloves as well as sanitizing spray are offered for your safety.

Our website is open to shop online, we are delivering furniture and are open for business. Our showrooms are currently overstocked with merchandise, as many of our orders of furniture from last year have finally arrived from our suppliers for you to take home and enjoy immediately. We are currently offering No Sales Tax on In-Stock items to help you furnish your happiness with furniture available to be delivered immediately.

For ordered items, we are experiencing excessive delays. Our suppliers are experiencing compounded COVID related delays, from delayed shipping to delayed production times and input shortages. Many delays have been caused by COVID outbreaks in factories forcing the factories to shut down. Delays from the ports of Asia are caused by a shortage of shipping containers, making it nearly impossible to find containers and vessel space to ship products. The delays are causing excessive lead times on the special order products we offer.

If you have special ordered an item, or are considering special ordering an item we kindly ask that you have patience for the duration of the COVID delays. Please understand we are trying to get your product to you as quickly as we can, and the delays are out of our control. We are doing our best to navigate todays challenging waters of supplying furniture to our guests.
