A Message to Our Guests

At Reeds our purpose is to furnish happiness. In this spirit, the safety of our team members and guests is our highest priority.

During this Holiday season we have a renewed focus on safety. We are once again booking Reeds shopping experiences at our stores by appointment in effort to keep our guests and team members safe. We are limiting the capacity in our stores to reflect a safer shopping experience.

We have a COVID-19 safety station in each store for the protection of our guests and team members. To enter the building you must pass a safety screening. We are requiring PPE, and if you do not have it, we have provided it for you. We are also offering Sanitizing Mist to shop with, masks, gloves and hand sanitizer for your convenience.

Our management team is keeping up to date on guidance from the CDC and we are continuing to follow all guidelines provided by state and local authorities.

Our website is still open to shop online, we are currently delivering furniture and are open for business. Sadly, our suppliers are running into COVID related delays, causing excessive lead times on the products we offer. If you have special ordered an item, or are considering special ordering an item we kindly ask that you have patience for the duration of the COVID delays. Please understand we are trying to get your product to you as quickly as we can, and the delays are out of our control. Many delays have been caused by COVID outbreaks in factories forcing the factories to shut down.
