Reeds Platinum Protection Plan
Uniters Pure Balance Extended Five Year Protection Essential Program
$149 or 10% of the purchase price of your furniture (whichever is greater)
This Platinum Protection Plan protects fabric, leather and wood for five years from the date of delivery of your furniture against:
(1) Accidental Damage:
All accidental stains
Accidental rips, tears, burns, and punctures
Accidental scratchs, gouges, chips, or dents that penetrate the top coat of hard surface finishes
Water or beverage marks or rings
(2) Structural Failures:
A structural or component failure due to a defect in materials and workmanship during normal residential use that results in the breakage of frames, glass, mirrors, mechanisms, welds, swivel bases, recliner handles and assembled joints and includes component mechanical and electrical failures such as defective motors, massagers, vibrating units and heaters
Checking, cracking, bubbling or peeling of the coating of finish on hard surfaces
Seam and stitching seperation; zippers, buttons and tufted buttons
Loss of silvering
Please note the "underwritten" plan is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer's warranty, but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer's warranty. Losses covered by the manufacturer during the manufacturer warranty period are not covered under this plan and are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
How Reeds Platinum Protection Plan (UnitersPure) Works:
UnitersPure covers against accidental damage plus structural and electrical protection for five years.
Contact Uniters on the website, or by phone at the service center at (866)213-6702 within 15 days from discovery of an accident.
For stains, UnitersPure first provides you with professional cleaning advice including sending out free products if necessary to remove the stain. If the stain persists, UnitersPure then sends out a certified Service Technician to professionally remove the stain.
For all other covered accidents, UnitersPure sends out a Certified Service Technician to professionally repair the item.
If UnitersPure is unable to remove a stain or repair the damage, they replace the affected item or replace the entire piece of furniture free of charge.
If your furniture is no longer available, you can reselect new furniture of equal or lesser value.
Please read your limited warranty for complete coverage details. In cases where there is a discrepancy between the document and the limited warranty, the limited warranty will govern.

On Fabric, Leather & Vinyl:
Against all accidental stains (excluding accumulation defined as a gradual buildup of dirt, dust, body oils and perspiration that cannot be attributed to a single occurence)
On Wood:
Against water or Beverage Marks or Rings
